With Jeff’s experience gained from day to day management of regulatory relations and all matters pertaining to the rapid growth of a five casino gaming company, we can step in and immediately assess what needs to be done in virtually any gaming related matter.  We have a great deal of experience in the Illinois video gaming industry as well as casino gaming throughout the Midwest.

The culture of operating in the heavily regulated industry of gaming is similar to the culture of other state, local and federal governmental agencies.  Working in these arenas requires what Jeff calls “informed deference” in the initial effort to find a mutually agreeable means of proceeding to acquire a permit, license, forgiveness, approval or the like from whatever agency has authority.  In the rare circumstance where a cooperative solution can’t be found, we’ll help you obtain the legal remedies and protections you are entitled to.
