We are always in the bullpen – ready to step in and help when needed.  We will teach you to know when you need us.  We are there to identify issues and help you navigate through choppy waters.  Many clients tap into Jeff’s experience not only in structuring transactions, but also in negotiating them as well.  Deep and broad experience helps Jeff anticipate the unexpected and provide recourse and economic protection if things should go wrong.
